When LEGO first previewed these Mosaic designs, I was amazed and excited! Then I saw the $120 price tag each and immediately knew I couldn't afford to get this. I don't think I'll enjoy the build process too.
We understand that the price is high though because these are true works of art and I think LEGO knows that it's really not for everyone.
You could also just wait for the parts list and buy the studs from BrickLink, but I heard that prices for these pieces have already spiked as soon as these sets were previewed.
Hopefully, though Chinese alternative Lego brands release their own artworks with a similar style so that they don't need to rip off Lego.
