Cyber is a Wolverine villain who also uses Adamantium. He has a long history with Wolverine's son, Daken, the other minifigure in the photo.
Parts used:
Head - Christmas Red Robin (PG1659)
Torso - Cloak (KF573)
Arms - Colossus (XH1424)
Any similar looking arms can be used though. The torso of Kopf's Wildcat (KF585) can also work, especially if you want spare cat ears instead of Cloak's hood and cape.
Cyber is usually seen as a big and bulky supervillain though, so a bigfig might be better. Check out this MOC Cyber bigfig from Photografigs Customs. Follow them for more amazing MOCs!

Sometimes he's seen in blue/dark blue. I wanted to make him in those colors, but it was easier getting parts in black so I used those instead.
