He's a wall.
Parts used:
5 bricks and short legs.
The 5 bricks were easy enough to source through POGO's Fortnite minifigure. The legs are pretty generic too and can often be found with Dwarves or Hobbits.
I would've preferred dual colored legs, orange and blue, but that's usually not an option with short legs. You could also use long legs, but I didn't want The Wall to be too tall.
