This Iron Ghost is a part of Blob's Black Legion. A team coming from a different universe, but were brought into the main 616 universe. Note that the Blog in the picture doesn't look like the Blob that lead the Black Legion. Their team also has a Zombie Sentry which I almost made, but chose to follow the Marvel Zombies version instead.

It's just an Iron Man minifigure with a Ghost Rider head. Though I highly recommend using a classic Iron Man body with gold/yellow arms instead.
It's worth noting that Minifig Factory, a 3rd party Lego minifigure customizer has their own version which is 100 times better than this, but also more expensive of course.

DeleteWhich is unfortunately long gone :( as I looked for this set recently. Hopefully Xinh or one of the others will make a new version of the big fig
