DTB DTB189: Cat (Shen Kuei) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

He's another martial artist in the Marvel universe and had encountered Shang Chi.
In the comics, he actually has a cat tattoo on his torso

Parts used:
Torso - Winter Soldier (PG451)
Others - Generic

The legs didn't come from PG451, but I'm not sure where I took them from. There are many similar leg designs out there though.
