There's been a lot of varying Silvermane designs but generally, he's an old rich man in a metal suit. I think that sometimes he's a cyborg, but other times he's a guy in a cybernetic armor. With my MOC/Figbash though, he can technically be both.
Parts used:
Mostly generic parts but the armor did come from a spare War Machine from SY1169. The body underneath is also from War Machine I think, but I would've used any spare I had lying around that looked like a cybernetic torso/legs.
Alternatively, I was thinking of using the Terminator T-100 body (PG1257).
