Rapture was part of Cerebro's X-Men; they were Mutants made by Cerebro when Cerebro was infected by a virus.
Rapture (Sister Joy) was made with Archangel's powers, Mystique's appearance, and Nightcrawler's personality.
Parts used:
Head, torso - Mystique (KF142)
Hair - Generic, but specifically from Shanks (XP099)
Wings - Generic, but specifically from Archangel (PG028)
Others - Generic
Other pictures show her with the usual white wings though. (Also can't think of any blue wings existing from KO Brands.)
