Victoria Hand is a SHIELD agent for the most part that would end up working for many superhero-related organizations in Marvel. She was even in Agents of SHIELD!

Hair - Red She-Hulk
Torso - Lois Lane
Others - Generic
She's got various looks, but the general look is her with glasses and the long hair with red highlights.
I would like a female version torso of the SHIELD Agent someday though.
