Red She-Hulk, aka Betty Ross, is a major character in the current Immortal Hulk comic book. She used to be literally just a red She-Hulk, looks-wise; now they turned her into a winged creature instead. Not sure when that look started though since I only started reading about her in Immortal Hulk.
I wanted to give her longer hair like in those pictures, but the wing accessory prevents us from using longer hair so I used a ponytail piece instead.
