These are seemingly using the same molds as KORUIT's other Qin Dynasty minifigures. I've yet to get those ones, but AngeloMarcus Greenhills already has them, I think.
They look much better than these POGO Terracotta minifigures.

this seems like a logical next step. a simple repaint. I like the frist set alot more
