So these are two separate sets that you need to purchase to get what you see in the first picture.
The Sindragosa set might be a modified version of this MOC I found on FlickR, but we're not too sure.
Right now, I don't think they're available yet but we might repost this once it's out! Set looks good and even the minifigure and the Frostmourne sword looks amazing.
