His most iconic look, I guess, would be in his formal attires in Agent Carter, but he did appear in Agents of SHIELD recently. In that one, he had a more modern (I guess), look as you can see below. I wanted it to be specifically like the one below but I don't think we have access to something like that yet. For now, I'm just assuming that Sousa would wear something like what he's wearing above. A shirt with a pistol holster.
I personally enjoyed Agents of SHIELD midway throughout its existence, but it went downhill during the latter seasons imo. Was still a fun watch especially since I'm a Marvel nerd, as you guys can easily tell by now.
I actually made a Mack MOC before too, and XINH has an Agents of SHIELD minifigure set.
