Night Shade actually started out as a Luke Cage villain. She was even in the Netflix Luke Cage show. I don't know much about how she became Nighthawk, but during the Secret Empire event, she was already Nighthawk and was a good guy.

I was looking for a short curly air piece but didn't have some lying around. I think Solo's Lando has a good hair piece that would be more suitable for her.
It's worth noting that the OG Nighthawk also sported that costume for a while, with an owl-looking helmet/mask.
The girl with black/red hair is actually Tarantula; I made a MOC of her too but used her more original look.
