She's actually part of a team of androids/robots in the Marvel comics universe known as the Livewires. I encountered them the first time when I was reading the Agents of Wakanda comic book. I'm trying to make MOCs/figbashes of her other teammates as well.
Parts used:
Torso, legs, arms - Vampire (PG1429)
Hair - Witch (PG1681)
Others - Generic
I almost used that torso for my Sister Grimm MOC, but used something else instead.
