This is the Headless Man, aka Headless Killer. He's just a headless guy who has a knockout gas gun as his main weapon. He was a Namor villain and honestly, Namor is too strong for this guy. Although, his suit was able to help him pick a fight against Namor (who is incredibly strong).
And no, he's not related to Mysterio.
Parts used:
Generic parts. The head came from a Mysterio minifigure. I was thinking if I should use the clear Mysterio head or the opaque grey head, but I already had a clear head lying around so I used that instead.
