This is a clear ripoff of this Rebrickable set. Sometimes, some brands collaborate with the designers so that could be what Super 18K did. Though, if they did or didn't collaborate, we should still support the designer as much as possible. This specific set seems to have free instructions, but if the designer has other works you can buy, then do so to support their work!
I've personally bought some Rebrickable instructions already, while mixing Lego and Lego-compatible parts to build them with. Plus, if I ended up picking up a knockoff set based on a work from a legitimate designer, I'll definitely buy their instructions (while building with cheaper parts) to keep supporting them.
