No, that's not a Lego set or even a KO Lego set. That might be a KO Transformers Bruticus Maximus though.
This post is really to show this hangar set up as a backdrop for your minifigures and mechs. Ideally though, you could use your Lego or Lego-compatible bricks as backdrops but we know that some people don't have the time to build or look for parts. Having this as a "pre-built" alternative might be useful for others!
