Another Moon Knight villain. She was actually the rumored villain to the upcoming Moon Knight show, but at this early, I won't believe anything about MK.
In the comics though, she's a vigilante that kills criminals. At some point, she becomes unstable and fights Moon Knight; though, there are also times that she assists Moon Knight.
Parts used:

Skirt - Praetorian Guard (PG816)
Others - Generic
I wanted to use a darker red, but I also wanted to use a skirt piece and all I had was that in bright red.
