A very very simple figbash. I encountered him while reading one of the more recent Symbiote Spider-Man comics. In one issue, Spider-Man ends up in an alternate reality and in that world, Hobgoblin was the Sorcerer Supreme.
Parts used? Hobgoblin with a Doctor Strange cape.
