Supermax is one of the superheroes in Marvel's 50-State Initiative. He participated in the battle against the Skrulls during the Secret Invasion. Since then, I don't think he's appeared again.
His ability is that he can increase his size, but we're not sure how powerful he really is.

The head was also generic but I colored the eyes red by lining up some tape on his prints.
