Tempo was part of the terrorist group, Mutant Liberation Front from the Marvel comics universe. I only recently got to know her when she started working with Forge for Krakoa. She also seems to be powerful due to her ability to control time in her immediately vicinity.
Parts used:
Helmet - Reverse Flash (KF2011)
Torso - Firestar (PG476)
Others - Generic
I used a nail clipper to remove the pegs for the helmet's "ears."
