Another new brand that's seemingly the same as POGO. They have the same minifigure designs and even have that big round baseplate that POGO's used [with their boxed sets] in the past. It's worth noting tough that we can't confirm if GAOGAO is related to POGO since a similar situation has happened with Ming Ge/Ming Grid/MG wherein their designs were similar to POGO's but were ultimately different.
It's also worth noting that the mysterious ninja-like minifigure we previewed here before is from this Scissor Seven line.
