Cat's Eye is another character from when the Marvel universe was folded into half by the Infinity Gauntlet in the Infinity Warps storyline. Cat's Eye is a combination of Hawkeye and Hellcat.
Aracknight and Iron Hammer are from Dragon Brick. Ghost Panther is from Kopf. Devil-Fist is another DTB Figbash. We also have Elsa Bladestone (not in the picture) who is a combination of Blade and Elsa Bloodstone.
This is her sole appearance in the comics. So yes, she's practically an extra character.
