iWolverine isn't really the name of this character, but his comic book was titled iWolverine last 2020. He's basically a robot/android based on Wolverine and more recently was prominently featured in the Iron Man 2020 storyline.
There might be other muscle torsos out there that look better.
He doesn't really have his own costume, but he often appears scarred similar to The Terminator which is the look I went with when I made a minifigure of him.
