I'm not sure about the name but a listing I found back then translated "Minger MG129 Douluo Awakening Tang San Xiaowu Shrek Seven Monsters Building Blocks Clear Sky Hammer Assembly Toy"
A quick google search lead me to Soul Land. They also looked similar so I'm guessing this really is Soul Land. Regardless of theme though, these minifigures and the parts that come with them look amazing!
