Arclight, aka Philippa Sontag, is a member of the Marauders that was first assembled by Mister Sinister through Gambit. She actually appeared in X-Men The Last Stand too, but with a very different look.
Her powers is that she can generate shockwaves that can of course hurt her enemies.
