Rapido is a supervillain who's mostly a mercenary that has a gatling gun for an arm. He's faced a number of Marvel heroes, but his most notable one was Punisher.
Parts used:
Torso, legs - Green Arrow
Arms - Cyborg
Others - Generic
I had a black gatling gun accessory (just the tip) in my box of parts, but I'm not sure where it came from.
This is his more modern look.
