She appeared alongside Sorcerer Supereme Hobgoblin in the Symbiote Spider-Man comic. They're both a part of an alternate universe that Spider-Man visited in one of his adventures.

I used a generic masked female face just so she looks different from the original XINH Black Cat. My other regret too is not being able to give her an outfit with red highlights; to be fair, in some of the comic panels, it looked like she was just wearing pure black.
Minor spoiler, she's not Felicia!
