Druid is the son of Doctor Druid, one of Doctor Strange's sorcerer friends. Druid was recruited by Nick Fury back in Secret Invasion to help fight the Skrulls. I'm hoping that Fury also recruits his own team in the MCU once Secret Invasion comes out on Disney+! (Fingers crossed for Chloe Bennett returning as Quake to lead the Secret Warriors!)
