This Anne Weying is from an alternate universe ruled by evil Symbiotes. It's from one of the Venom comics that were setting up the King in Black storyline. I won't spoil much, but Anne Weying is Agent Venom in that other universe [and she is a good guy].
Parts used:
Torso, armor, arms, legs - Agent Venom (XP204)
Others - Generic
So she's a relatively boring design, but I really loved the story that I wanted to have her in my collection!
