This is a rip-off of this Lego Destiny 2 The Last Word Exotic Hand Cannon. As always, I highly urge you to support the original designers by buying their instructions from them (with the link) then picking up the parts from AliExpress (if you can't afford or find Lego parts in your country)! The creator also has a YouTube video and I recommend checking them out!
Destiny is an MMO FPS RPG game (a hybrid of those three, I guess) and Mega Construx/Mega Blocks actually makes official, licensed Destiny sets.
