The Stepford Cuckoos are clones of Emma Frost. Sometimes there are only 3 of them, but there really are 5.
They are:

Irma "Mindee" Cuckoo
Celeste Cuckoo
Esme Cuckoo
In terms of which is which in my picture, I just treat them all as one. In fact, I was thinking of just giving them all the same hair but in some comics, they have different hairstyles.

Others - Generic
I made sure that all their faces are identical, so I picked up 5 Black Widow minifigures and just put generic female faces on the Black Widow minifigures to be like the Widows we see in the Black Widow movie trailer.
They've gone with a couple of different looks:
The most common is that they wear school uniforms, which is the look I tried to replicate.
