I guess there are some new minifigure variants? The light blue War Machine/Iron Patriot/Iron Man looks new. Captain America in light blue also looks new. The blue Iron Man also seems to be a new variant. The most unique one is the green Thanos which is probably based on a Hydra Thanos concept that some third-party, legitimate Lego custom minifigure makers/sellers made.
