A maxifig would've been preferred, but this is much easier. Mammomax was a former Brotherhood of Evil Mutants member, with large connections to Exodus (the other minifigure in the picture).
Parts used:
Head - Lego Chima Elephant
Torso - Silver Surfer
Legs - Generic (but used Dagobah Luke Skywalker)
I was able to erase the prints on the helmet's forehead, but the print on the trunk was a bit too hard to erase.
