DTB DTB339: Marvel New Mutants' Rain Boy Minifigure MOC/Figbash

Rain Boy is one of Marvel's new young mutants. I think he's also part of a new team of New Mutants being trained by veteran members of the team.

This is his most recent look, but he's also appeared in the comics looking like he does in my figbash.
