Great build, but it's ripped off of this Rebrickable MOC. As always, purchase the instructions from the designer to support them and source the parts from alternative brands if you can't afford and/or access real Lego parts!
Decool also has this same model, Decool 7114, so it's possible that Brick Element is a Decool sub-brand.
