DTB DTB352: Marvel's Scarecrow (Captain America Supervillain) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

Scarecrow is one of Marvel's old villains, but he's not as popular as DC's Scarecrow. I know about him mostly from Sam Wilson's story as Captain America.

Parts Used:

Head - DC Scarecrow

Collar - Kraven

Torso - Back part of Zoro (XP040)

Others - Generic

I don't think he's a big bad villain, unlike other villains Cap has crossed paths with, but they framed him in a terrifying manner in the issue I read.
