DTB DTB361: Marvel's Monopoly (Miss Marvel Super Villain) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

Monopoly was some tech CEO that was apparently a super villain. Miss Marvel aka Kamala Khan beat him though, of course!

Parts used:

Mostly generic. I can't even remember where I got the head from, maybe from a Riddler minifigure. I wanted to give him a turtle neck, but instead of coloring the base of the minifigure head, I just gave him a bowtie accessory on inverted position.
