DTB DTB360: Marvel's Victor Mancha (Runaways) Minifigure MOC/Figbash

Victor Mancha is the guy in orange with headphones. In the comics, he's an android that has ties to Ultron and Vision. 

Parts used:

Torso - KL055, but erased the nametag.

Others - Generic

The headphones, I got from a spare Lego CMF Harry Potter minifigure.

We already have the 6 OG Runaways, so it was only natural that Victor Mancha came next!
