KORUIT XP395, XP403: Star Wars/The Mandalorian Dark Trooper and Clone Trooper Training Droids (DT-Series Droids)
Both of these designs are from the DT-Series droids in the Star Wars universe. XP403 was featured in Bad Batch as droids for training Clone Troopers. XP395 was featured in The Mandalorian as a new type of soldier for the Empire. Both look badass, and I think KORUIT made some great custom Lego Darktrooper minifigures.

It's actually a CT Training Droid, which were the precursors to the DT-series sentry droid, also known simply as the Imperial sentry droid
