I can't find the source design for this, but there are numerous Metal Gear Rex MOCs out there. I didn't find anything that looked identical though. Nonetheless, if you come across the designer, I highly recommend you buy their instructions if they're for sale.
Parts are expensive and sometimes hard to find, so you can pick them up from AliExpress or other Lego-alternative sources but the instructions are something these designers worked hard on so support them by purchasing their designs! Plus, using their instructions will probably be a better experience.
