First previewed here!
These are all the spare parts combined, I won't delve into those anymore because people are mostly interested in the figs anyway.
Although I'll be showing the interesting pieces and their respective minifigs. First up is Spider-Man with that anchor piece then Thor with 3 Mjolnirs: grey, gold, and transparent blue, and a drill piece.
Next up is Iron Man with those keyboard and monitor pieces and Captain America with that new gun mold.
Iron Man MK43? and Spider-Man. As far as I can tell, this Spider-Man is a "new" design as in the way he's made but I think it's the regular character. Quality wise, both are great!! As you'd expect from SY. Print and plastic are great.
Except for that white dot on Spider-Man's leg which is very irritating for me.
Tony's face looks a bit weird to me? But wait until you see the others below.
Alternate face for Tony and back spider design print for Spider-Man's head, yay!
I just love the detail on Spider-Man, those blue dots gives him a comic look and I even prefer this over the original TLG design.
Now for Wolverine and Hulk. Wolverine is a weird fig.. The torso's design is... weird. The face also has a side that has white facial hair but the only hair included was black hair. This is such a huge missed opportunity because giving him white hair + a more accurate torso might have made a great Old Man Logan minifig. As for Hulk, what you see is what you get and sadly, he has no side prints.
Better view of the white on his face.
Alternate faces. No back leg printing for Hulk which should be essential.. And the alternate face doesn't seem different enough because it's also mad like the first face..
Now for Captain America and Superman. Superman has the same blue dot look as Spider-Man and I love it. Too bad it's just the same old characters. The hair piece is also welcome! This maskless Steve Rogers is also great, much better than POGO's. Like the others, the plastic and print quality of these guys are amazing.
They both have alternate faces. The gap between the eyes are kinda weird with Superman having minimal gap while Cap has a wider one..
Back view of Superman and a view of Cap's shield.
Now for Batman and Thor. First of all, Thor's face looks... lazy? As in he looks like a lazy person.. Hahaha Other than that, these two are great. I love Thor's torso because it has that same Asgardian vibe but different from others. Batman also has a torso similar to the Nolan trilogy Batman which I really appreciate.
The ugly thing about Batman though is his head.. Is that a nose? Hahaha
Closer look.
At least you have an alternate face for Batman! Thor also has an alternate face that still looks off. Reminds me of some older XINH figs to be honest.
Good points:
Great quality in terms of print and plastic. Also very generous with spare parts.
Bad points:
Some faces are off. Hulk needs side prints for the legs. Same old characters.
