POGO PG339, PG341, PG342, PG344: Classic Nick Fury, TAS Green Goblin, and Other Marvel Minifigs Review

First previewed here!

PG339 - Green Goblin (TAS2)
PG341 - Ends of the Earth/Spider-Armor MK III Spider-Man
PG342 - Classic Nick Fury
PG344 - G.W. Bridge

These figs are... not that good. Green Goblin's design looks horrible because the lines are too thick in my opinion. Nick Fury's colors are also not too bright or vibrant; the whites seem faded and even the black on the legs seem faded. Bridge is like the average POGO fig though.

Green Goblin comes with this unique sword. Bridge and Fury come with these hand guns that actually fit the hands well.

Side view. Look at Nick Fury's sides, they are horrible. One side, the logo isn't aligned well and the other, the logo seems to be inverted. Hopefully an isolated case.

No back leg prints for Fury especially, which is a shame because they could've at least added plain black to the back of those legs.

On the left is Duo Le Pin's Spider-Armor MK 3, on the middle is PG339, and on the rightmost is XINH's Spider-Armor MK 3.

In terms of quality, DLP wins for me, then XINH, then POGO. Design of the DLP one is very different from the POGO and XINH ones though so that's worth noting. Although despite being seemingly similar, the POGO and XINH figs still have differences. Look at the upper chest - shoulder design on the torso, you'll see that XINH's is shaped like a heart while it goes all the way for POGO. We also see some differences in colors.

The sides though will show more differences. The upper arm  is kinda just different based on the colors, but going toward the wrists, it changes even more.

At the back is where things are even most different. I don't know which is the most accurate of the three, but I'm honestly fine with all three. Do note that my POGO fig had those marks on them, hopefully an isolated case..

These guys are the average POGO figs, which are in no way great, but in no way bad too. I didn't like the Green Goblin because of the thick lines, but I think not liking the Nick Fury is more justifiable because the faded black and whites were not at all good. Still, at least they're new characters! Or at least new in a sense of being from different multiverses! Hahaha!

Expect the others from the same set to be reviewed as soon as I get them from AngeloMarcus Greenhills! Stay tuned!

  1. Classic Nick Fury can easily be used as Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid.

  2. The one you call classic Nick Fury is actually: G.W. Bridge from Marvel!
