A new brand? Weird name.
A simple Google search lead me to this FlickR account that seems to be the original creator of this build. What's shameful is that Super 18K even used the creator's own photos for their box art. The designer is clearly talented and it's unfortunate this brand is gonna earn money without him/her earning anything (I assume).
A similar thing happened with this 90CM tall Gundam build that Lepin also copied. We never saw Lepin's version probably because they've been shut down and that probably would've taken so long to reverse-engineer.
Again, try and support the original designer as much as possible! Maybe even donate if they have options for that to make sure they're properly credited and not taken advantage of. Just imagine if you were placed under their own shoes.
Lastly, this is an unknown brand so we're not sure if quality will be good and if they'll even deliver. Plus, I bet they're only operating in China for now before allowing themselves to export or be exported.
