WM WM718, WM719, WM723, WM724: Avengers Endgame Iron Patriot, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and Captain Marvel Minifigures Review

Already reviewed Thor and Doctor Strange in a separate post and I absolutely loved them, but for this batch, it's more of mixed feelings.

See everyone in their preview post.

Let's start with the two simpler minifigures in the set.
WM719 - Captain Marvel
WM724 - Scarlet Witch

Great print quality and plastic quality. No complains quality wise. Though I think Carol's hair is a bit too gold instead of blonde. Their faces also look a bit off sometimes.

WM718 - Iron Man MK 85
WM723 - War Machine/Iron Patriot

Now for these two. As an aside, I was most excited for Iron Patriot but was left with disappointment when I built him for the first time. I guess he looked better on picture. I'll talk about it more below on why I'm not that happy about this.

How can you not like them!? They're so detailed! Yeah, a bit too detailed now that they're not properly integrated into the brick system already. That's not always a bad thing but I think it wasn't executed as well with these two specifically Iron Patriot. He ended up looking like a skinny guy with a big tummy which is far from badass. It's just difficult to get that bulky look while trying to retain the minifig size; to be fair though, we still gotta admire WM for trying!

Iron Man's weapons. I love that the handle is shaped that way for the shield which replicates how he held it in the movie.

These accessories look great, so detailed. Again, that's a problem for some and a good point for others. The problem that I think anyone might see with this is that it makes it difficult to attach the hands or at least keep the hands there. (While reviewing this guy, I think I didn't connect the hand properly that when I moved him, I lost it. Thankfully WM provided a spare.)
Articulation also becomes an issue because the wrist blasters are too thick.

The shoulder cannon/backpack cannon is made up of a couple of parts which allows it to fold in and fold out. It feels flimsy sometimes so be careful not to break anything.

Skinny guy with a big tummy, that's what I saw when I built him. Too detailed and unintegrated with the brick system. Though despite all that, I admire WM for the attention to detail. Great mold and great print quality.

At some angles, he still looks like a total badass.

TL;DR:
Captain Marvel's hair is too gold.
Iron Man's shield is great.
War Machine doesn't look bulky in a badass way most times.

But hey, these are my opinions. Those are my thoughts on the design that won't really matter to you if you like them. What I'm really here to tell you is that the plastic and print quality is good and you won't be disappointed [unless you get those defective ones that we still get from most brands every once in a while].

Can't wait to see Ant-Man and the Wasp. Those guys will have much better helmets that I think shouldn't been too much of a problem for the brick system or the Lego system unlike these accessories with the Iron Men. Will review those too once AngeloMarcus Greenhills gets them along with WM's batch 2 of Avengers Endgame unique mold minifigures.
