PRCK GD226-GD228: Various Hulkbuster Bigfig Variants with Minifigures Review

As far as scale goes, these might be one of the best Hulkbuster designs yet, but that doesn't mean most people will still prefer them.

They were previewed as a set of four! AngeloMarcus Greenhills has all four but I wasn't able to get one of the red variants. Nonetheless, the quality for all should be similar.

Seeing the preview picture, I was a bit confused about how the helmet of the bigfig would open up. The preview picture looked like the helmet was comprised of two sides that would open up shaped like an X but it turns out it just opens like this. I don't see it as a big deal but it doesn't close down 100% and is very loose. If you were to turn the bigfig upside down, the helmet of it would open up as well.

The minifigs included are nothing special and actually felt and looked cheaper than usual PRCK/LELE minifigures. No unique designs too.

The two black designs are really weird designs cause they even added the Avengers logo.

This was interesting: PRCK decided to add three Technic holes at the back of the bigfigs. This makes room for potential upgrades or accessories down the line. I'm not sure what this Hulkbuster design can get out of such Technic holes but it's better than nothing. I also don't think they ruin the overall look of the bigfigs.

The feet of the bigfigs has become a big deal especially since SY creates duck feet bigfigs that couldn't attach to plates.

Thankfully these ones fit perfectly.

Now for the cockpit of the Hulkbuster. All of these Hulkbusters came with Iron Man minifigures [that had horrible printing]. Not an issue for a lot of us since we already have these Iron Man variants.

 Moving on, a minifigure does fit inside the Hulkbuster but only if you remove the hands.

The space is big enough but again, you need to remove the arms.

From this angle it doesn't look great but I think it's good enough.

You can just place the arms inside the cockpit if you don't want them to go missing.

Yes, the arms are probably around Iron Man [minifigure]'s feet.

Lastly, the fists of these bigfigs are different from usual bigfig fists which might mean a lot to customizers.

While I can see that the mold is trying to look like the Hulkbuster V2, the prints don't make it seem like it. As far as Hulkbuster V2 bigfigs, I think I still prefer the one from JiSi/Decool. Though the issue with that one was that it was too big, too wide. This PRCK one might have better proportions in the eyes of others.

As for quality, I would say that it's decent all-around but far from perfect. We've definitely seen better bigfigs and other bigfigs also feel better, feel less cheap compared to these. Prints are decent enough as well. The build quality, meaning articulation and movement of parts, isn't the best especially for the helmet which is very loose. Design choice also isn't the best because the mold seems to perfectly fit the Hulkbuster V2 but the prints don't match it that well; the black designs are also just mold abuse designs, lol.
