A villain that only has one appearance ever, maybe. I'm not sure! Hahaha.
Parts used:
Helmet - Marshmello that I colored silver with the Silver Sharpie Paint Marker
Since the base color is white, it was easy to color over it. For the eyes, I just used black marker instead of the silver. (I could've done this better)
Others - Generic
I specifically used a Decool Iron Man MK1 minifig base since they have similar designs. Then I just recycled a messed up minifig head for him since it won't be visible.
He might look better with this piece attached to his chest armor. Unfortunately, I don't have that piece lying around. Or it might look worse; if you have the piece though, then it's worth a try.
I came across this character after seeing him in a few panels of Hawkeye Freefall. I've been enjoying that run since it came out and just had to make a minifig from it. (Even made my The Hood MOC because he appeared in this comic.)
