On the left is Ka-Zar, another MOC. I think he's Shanna's lover too. I'm now looking for a sabretooth tiger to turn into Zabu!

I was also thinking of using a Khaleesi/Daenerys (PG941) minifigure for the torso, but I saw that many Shanna designs have her with the polka-dot costume.
The style of the upper cloth is different from the source, but I think it's close enough to what Shanna wears. Gotta say though, I'm not a fan of her outfit (and Ka-Zar's) because it leaves their skin unprotected from the dangers of the Savage Lands. (Unless it's super hot there, but even then, Shanna's outfit was really designed to attract male readers. I'm sure her more recent appearances have been adjusted just like the other popular female superheroes.)
She's got other looks but they're all relatively similar.
