This review will have some comparisons with Ming Ge/Ming Grid/MG. Some have claimed that POGO and MG are one, but after seeing this, I'm doubting that. (MG is not the same as Megao which is a WM brand)

Let's start with these two, Domino (Poison) and Deadpool (Venom). There are a number of Venompool variants out there, not just in minifigures but in the comics world as well. This is the look Deadpool had in the Venomverse comics though, similar to the other characters in this set.

POGO can never get those LEGO pistols right, look at how poorly made they are.

Print quality is really good though, minus the occasional scratch or mark. If the plastic looked and felt better, the prints would make these figures look just as good as some LEGO minifigures or at least like Sheng Yuan or XINH minifigures. Still, these are better than some previous POGO minifigure releases.

I like the accessory that came with Domino though, the arm bracers. Quality is alright and there are no prints. The problem though is getting it the hands to attach properly while the bracers are equipped. Poor plastic quality makes it difficult and relatively painful for your fingertips to do this easily. I also couldn't remove the hands anymore after the bracers were placed, hence the lack of pictures. I'm sure that others might have a different experience though since quality is relatively inconsistent for POGO minifigures.

And hey. Domino had side prints.

The accessories for X-23 Wolverine and Mary Jane. The claws still have nubs on them, but you can easily remove these with a cutter, nail cutter, or even scissors. I think if you place them in the hands too, they'll be alright.

Thank god the eyes align properly with the Wolverine mask. For Spinneret though, the bangs of the hair end up covering the eyes. I guess that's not such a big deal though and can be seen as a design.

Nice but simple side leg prints.

Great face, X-23! I love how the eyes align with the helmet, something even Sheng Yuan can't do properly lol. Credits go to LEGO though for designing the Wolverine mask.

I don't think Lasher is in the Venomverse comics, but he's a welcome addition cause he's actually a new character (compared to these variants). They came with these accessories. The blast pieces are just poorly made, the symbiote tentacles are alright. Glad that they included Doctor Strange's symbiote head too!

Prints are also decent for the most part with these two, minus the occasional scratches and marks. POGO also wasn't able to go all-around with the white boots on Doctor Strange and the white aren't as solid as they should be; still a better job than some of LEGO's light print on dark plastic though.

Yay for muscle prints on Lasher's arms, that aren't too muscular. Will be useful for some MOCs.

Quality control issue on Lasher's back. That's really just something to expect from LEGO knockoffs, but for the price you can't really complain.

If you place the backpack accessory for Lasher though, the misprints aren't that noticeable.

Doctor Strange with the Venom mask. Amazing design.

Now for Agent Anti-Venom. He came with those two pistols.

Ming Ge - POGO - POGO
This is where I start to doubt POGO's and MG's relationship. If POGO and MG really were the same, then there's no reason for them to release different Agent Anti-Venom minifigures; while the designs are the same, some elements are missing on MG's while MG's is of better quality.

I also just included POGO's other Agent Anti-Venom on the picture. It's an armored one with decent printing, but the two on the left are much better in terms of quality.

POGO's Agent Anti-Venom has side prints for the arms and legs, while Ming Ge's doesn't.

You can also see at the back how the application of the prints was still a bit different from one another.

It's not so obvious in the pictures, but plastic and print quality were just much better on Ming Ge's minifigure, though I gotta commend POGO for at least adding more print designs on their figures.

Now for Mania. She came with those two accessories. Not sure why she'd need tools.

It's a similar situation here with Agent Anti-Venom. More details on POGO, better quality on Ming Ge.

Again, it's not as obvious in the picture but the plastic mold on Ming Ge's minifigure feels and looks much better.

Overall though, if you didn't get the Ming Ge counterparts, these POGO ones are still worth getting.

If you're looking to buy many POGO minifigures to stock up on baseplates, just don't. They're poor quality and will have a hard time stacking on one another or being placed beside one another.

Baseplates aside, these are actually pretty decent POGO minifigures, but that's really only cause our expectations for POGO is very low. If Sheng Yuan or KORUIT release this, for example, we'd be pretty disappointed. Hopefully though that POGO has been focusing on quality given that they haven't been releasing new Minifigures, that or they're just afraid of LEGO being aggressive against minifigure brands.

I'm not sure if AngeloMarcus Greenhills already has these, but they have other stuff too and they're open for business now (in the Philippines). They've been getting some new stuff recently too, but I haven't personally visited since I'm limiting my travel to essential needs only (at least for now). If you do visit, practice proper physical distancing, wear a mask!
