This is actually different from another modular Arkham Asylum build that you might be seeing online. That other one was from Panlos, they also made a Sanctum Sanctorum.
This might be a modified version of this Rebrickable MOC though. Seems like Super 18K just removed the snow elements. As always, I highly urge you to buy the instructions from the designers to support them! In this case, you might prefer the non-snowy build, but purchasing their instructions will still be a great way to support them while also feeling no guilt building the set!

It's not just the snow, they've replaced all the walls with grey pieces to be more like 10937. The interior walls were brick/brown coloured to match the outside so I'd imagine that's changed too.
